Returns/Refunds

Return Policy 

All items are customized (custom-made) therefore, they are on final sale and non-returnable. We may issue a discount or a full refund depending on an agreement.

Items bought in-store from our gifts section may be subjected for return and refund provided with your original receipt, within 30 days of purchase.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

1. Please do not send your return items to the sender's address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing time of your return. You should only send it to the address on the shipping label we will provide even if your using your own shipping.

2. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without sending us email first at info@theclothmama.ca

We will not be responsible for sending back those items for you.

In the event an arrangement is damaged through the shipping process, please take a picture of the damage and attach it to an email to  info@theclothmama.ca within 7 business days of receipt and it will be replaced.   

Cancellation Policy:  Orders may be cancelled within 24hours of the date-of-purchase by emailing info@theclothmama.ca with the subject line “Cancellation.” A refund on a cancelled order will be applied to the original method of payment.
