Shipping Policy

1. The Cloth Mama offers Shipping to Canada. 

Shipping fees are calculated by the carrier at checkout and will depend on the size and weight of the package. Customers will be emailed tracking information in regards to their order once it has shipped. 

2. For Products to be eligible for Free Local Delivery in Hamilton, Ontario, Customers must be within the 10 km radius point from our location and must purchased products worth $500 and up.

***Please note that processing time does not include shipping time. There is no control over shipping time, but, in most cases, customers receive their order within 15-30 business days of it being shipped. You will receive an email once your order has shipped which includes the shipment tracking number.
