The Cloth Mama is pleased to offer shipping services across Canada. Shipping fees are determined based on the size and weight of your package. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Free Local Delivery in Hamilton, Ontario

For our local customers in Hamilton, Ontario, we offer a free delivery option. To qualify for this service, your delivery address must be within a 10 km radius of our location and your purchase must total $550 or more. This convenient option ensures you receive your products without any additional shipping costs.

Important Notes

Please be aware that our processing time does not include the shipping duration. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we have no control over the shipping time once the package is in transit. However, most customers in Ontario typically receive their orders within 10-15 business days after dispatch.

For Alberta and British Columbia, shipping may take 15-18 days.
